The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should reject the draft law on social enterprises

The bill (Reg. No. 2508) suggests determine the notion, organizational forms and legal basis of the activity of social enterprises in Ukraine, as well as measures of their state support.

Committee members made a number of remarks to the bill during the discussion. Particularly, attention was attached to the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat that recommends reject the draft law.

People’s deputies believe that the bill requires significant technical and legal refinement.
